How to Reset Password for the Client Area?

This guide will walk you through the process of reset password for client area.


  1. Go to page Client Area and click 'Forgot Password'.



  1. Fill in the email details and click the 'Submit' button to proceed.


Important: Please use the email address associated with your existing account.



  1. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Click the link in the email to proceed with the password reset.


Note: You may need to check your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder for an email with the subject: 'Password Reset'.



  1. Enter your new password and confirm the new password. Then, click the 'Save Changes' button to confirm.


Warning: Password should have at least: one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number and one special character ( !#$@%&'()*+?><,-./[\]^_`{|}~")



  1. Your password has been successfully reset. You can now sign in with your new password.
