How to Detach a Volume

This guide will walk you through the process of detach a volume on your cloud control panel.


  1. Login into your Cloud Control Panel


If you receive an "Incorrect email or password" error, you may proceed by selecting "Forgot Password." For guidance, please refer to our Helpdesk article: How to Reset Your Password for the Cloud Control Panel


  1. In the left sidebar, click on the 'Instances' tab, then click on the existing instance in your Cloud Control Panel that you want to detach the volume.


  1. Click on the Volume tab, then click the 'Detach Volume' button.


  1. After that, this detaches volume will pop up to make sure the user wants to detach the volume. Click "Yes" to continue the detach. 


You have successfully detach a volume.
