How to Create a Volume Backup

This guide will walk you through the process of backing up a volume.


  1. Login into your Cloud Control Panel


If you receive an "Incorrect email or password" error, you may proceed by selecting "Forgot Password." For guidance, please refer to our Helpdesk article: How to Reset Your Password for the Cloud Control Panel


  1. In the left sidebar, click on the 'Volumes' tab, then click on the volume linked with the target instance that you want to create a backup of.


  1. Click on the Backups tab, then click the 'Create New Backup' button.


  1. Insert the backup name, and tick the 2nd checkbox.


  1. Once backup volume is successfully created, it will be available on the Volume backups tab.


You have successfully created a backup of a volume.
